Steering

This page covers the restoration undertaken on the car's steering. A steering box overhaul kit from The Filling Station was used to overhaul the original equipment. Once the box was apart, it was clear that the worm shaft was trashed. The bad part was replaced with a shaft purchased at Memory Lane Classic Car Dismantlers. The steering box has been rebuilt to original specifications.
