Restored
Specifications:
I have replaced the original 216 engine with
a more "modern" 261 cu. in. engine taken from a 1962
Chevrolet truck. I don't currently have all the engine's specifications, but can
say this much about it:
- 261 cu.
in.
- Head from
a 1953 Chevrolet car
- Split
exhaust manifold from a '53 to '55 Corvette
- Hydraulic
Lifters
- Full Pressure
- 1 Barrel
Rochester "BC" Carburetor w/ Automatic Choke
Below
are pictures I took before, during and after the rebuild.
